Whether we are thinking about campaigning groups, project management groups, support groups, affinity groups, they all require the same qualities to function well. Many great ideas founder because the group members have no common understanding or lack the skills and resources to carry them out. So this section is for the whole group, not just the facilitator, because good group processes can only be learnt together.
