workshop logisticsIntroductionIn this section you'll find facilitation and workshop logistics tips about how to run trainings or meetings that are inclusive and have outcomes that are acceptable for everyone. A good participatory process not only acheives its tasks and goals but also involves, supports and empowers the participants, and ultimately creates or strengthens a sense of community and connectedness, which is indespensible for social change.
This approach frames the issues and agenda items around participants' exerpiences as a way of collecting and sharing the group's knowledge. The trainer/facilitator works with participants to analyse, sythesise and connect their experiences and support them in their next steps. We strongly believe that small collaborations can lead to big outcomes and that everyone has something valuable and unique to contribute.
Tip sheets are listed and briefly described below. Documents containing the full description appear at the bottom of the list.
