Playing with power 1: understanding the system

Second in a series of year-long workshops in methods and practices of social change for activists. In this session we explore our understanding of different types of power and disempowerment, with the aim of developing our skills to cultivate and nurture the transformative power of nonviolence for use in conflicts and shifting power in relationships.
